I believe that intimacy — emotional, physical, and relational — is one of life’s most powerful forces.
But even strong, loving couples can lose touch with each other in the busyness of life, unspoken feelings, or shifting needs.
I created Eros Couples Coaching to give couples and individuals a space to reconnect — to rediscover closeness, rebuild trust, and communicate with more honesty and ease.
Coaching offers a warm, collaborative, and forward-focused environment where you can explore your relationship and your desires without the structure or diagnosis of therapy.
As your coach, I bring both professional expertise and deep respect for the human experience.
Our work together isn’t about analyzing the past. It’s about creating meaningful change in the present.
Through open conversation, guided reflection, and practical tools, you’ll learn to:
Communicate with more clarity and compassion
Rekindle emotional and physical intimacy
Explore desire and connection with curiosity
Create habits that strengthen your relationship
My approach blends evidence-based relationship principles with empathy, humor, and honesty. Each session is tailored to where you are and where you want to grow.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Sex Therapist, and I continue to work with individuals and couples in a clinical therapy setting.
That work is deeply meaningful. Therapy allows for healing, processing, and the resolution of emotional or psychological concerns. But over the years, I’ve also seen a need for something different, a space for people who aren’t seeking therapy, but who want to strengthen their relationships, deepen intimacy, and grow in new directions.
That’s why I created Eros Couples Coaching.
This practice is separate from my therapy work and focuses on education, growth, and skill-building rather than diagnosis or treatment.
Coaching provides the opportunity to:
Work on communication and intimacy goals without entering a therapeutic relationship
Receive practical tools and accountability for relationship growth
Explore relational and sexual dynamics in a forward-focused, action-oriented way
For clients who are already in therapy or simply want to enhance connection in their everyday lives, coaching offers a powerful complement — helping you move from insight into action.
Whether you’re feeling disconnected or simply ready to strengthen your relationship, you deserve the chance to reconnect with your partner, your body, and yourself.
If you’re ready to begin, I’d love to meet you.
